What do you think car makers, who use numbers to name their cars,would do when they run out of numbers?

For example, Porsche (930, 964, 993, 996, 997,....) and Alfa (155, 156, 159,....?)

I was going to say  69 when  I  read the topic title... :squint:
To CF question, they can just add a letter in front the number...Or keep the same name of the old model...like Citroën.

Btw, I like Peugeot system...first 206, 306, etc, then 207, 307, etc.

no, I'm asking what would they do next? Like Peugeot and Alfa. The next number comes up when the new car is released (205, 206, 207)... What would Pug do when it reaches 209? 210? They definitely can't go up to 3--, because that's the next class...

Same for Alfa. They're at the 159 now, and they can't make the next one a 16- because that's also the next class up...

And Porsche, when it reaches the 999 model 911? 1000?

@cf: they'll just continue until the number before 300 and then get rid of the 2-series and start a new series lol....
