"You have vandalized my heart, raped my soul and torched my conscience," he says, apparently reading from his manifesto. "You thought it was one pathetic boy's life you were extinguishing. Thanks to you, I die like Jesus Christ, to inspire generations of the weak and the defenseless people."

"Your Mercedes wasn't enough, you brats," says Cho, a South Korean immigrant whose parents work at a dry cleaners in surburban Washington. "Your golden necklaces weren't enough, you snobs. Your trust funds wasn't enough. Your vodka and cognac wasn't enough. All your debaucheries weren't enough. Those weren't enough to fulfill your hedonistic needs. You had everything."

It looks like the gunman Cho videotaped himself,because he could be seen leaning in to shut off the camera.

these people have probably been through a rough situations... harsh bullying in their childhood at school (e.g. getting lunch money taken... physical abuse) and maybe their parents divorced and at the same time he might even be struggling to keep his job going... maintain his grades at school... keep a gf happy...

the thing is... you can't just spit out profanities and be happy an "innocent" - i would say - guy killed himself after killing others...

it's obviously wrong. but i mean... we probably cannot experience exactly what the gunman would have gone through...

oh yes.... i also read it in paper... thata a terrorist killed 32 people and 16 injured.. he came there in search of his GF... but suddenly got mad and started firing.... man... its so shocking....  i am afraid that i am also going to London Victoria College for studies.... but that was america.... but i m still afraid.... those who live in London, please tell me atmosphere of universities there...

well, i am also afraid that those americas will say that that terrorist was Muslim... i just cant understand that why every disaster is related to Muslims??? I am also a muslim and I think none of you has ever noticed anything in me as told by americam media.... :/ well whatever.... the news is so so shocking... those were innocent students... and Paper here said that

Not to keep the maniac famous not offensive this is a way to show some respect to the victims and their relatives also it is important to do things like this cause acts like these should not be allowed to be forgotten,ever How to put an end to actions like this one if people just shrug their shoulders and says enough of memory threads Is it ok to just close your eyes and pretend it never happend?
You have your opinion and I respect that BUT actions like this is so ugly and the best way to show at least some respect to the ones innocently involved in the tragedy is to post a memory thread

The bad thing is,Virgina Tech was stunned by the horrifying images of the gunman.

Okay,first off he wears a khaki-colored military-style vest, fingerless gloves, a black T-shirt, a backpack and a backward, black baseball cap. Another photo shows him swinging a hammer two-fisted. Another shows an angry-looking Cho holding a gun to his temple.

i request that this thread be locked... i think we really have "put the person responsible in the spotlight" and i think we should really stop making inappropriate comments about him... why not just keep them to yourself and find out the rest of the story on your own.
