You know UG2 has nice reflections textures. ALso there is free roam. Ricing is upto us. Its not necessary to rice a car. You can keep it stock & drive it in the city. There are nice wide range of cars also. Better soundtrack & also you can race with the roaming opponents in the city. But the SMS system sucks.

UG2 I just love being able to drive where I want when I want and the cars when you got thrue the game you could use all performance parts but leave the styling and the sms-thing was annoying graphics is really great even on my pc wich is a powerless one music hmm well some tunes are really good and the pedal goes to the floor more easy with those but it would be better as someone mentioned you could listen to your own music in MP3

Same here,i also don't like UG2 because when you hit cars you stop dead in your tracks =P
