TDU multiplayer

[Car Freak]

I know I should post this on tduaddons, but hardly anyone goes there, so i decided to ask here as well.

How do u add friends in TDU? Also, is there any way to join races where the cars are the same class as yours? And why do so many people already have class A cars? Were these guys beta testers or something? Or did they cheat?
