im super lost

my nsfcfginstaller wont work for U2 when i try to open the .u2car files. im not sure if its my unlimiter not being installed correctly maybe? this subject is very vague and has no info or help online. whenever i load the .u2car file i get an error 0x3 from cfginstaller. also maybe worth mentioning i also have a few cars installed through binary.exe that are addons. idk if they contradict each other or not but yeah, plz help i wanna mod the game so bad but im so lost. thank you for any help you can offer me

Cfginstaller is incompatible with files modified with Binary.
