How do you convert NFS 3 tracks to NFS 4?

It's getting off topic, but I have 1600 nfs4 cars and some are lost.I do want to share using PM. Too bad sometimes the readme is missing. And also the cars are bit modified.

It's ok if you don't know who made them,I have found some old ones on NFS Cars that have no READ.ME as well so I don't always know who makes what either .
