Electronic Arts could launch the package NFS Collection (NFS1, NFS2se, NFS3HP, NFS4HS, NFS Porsche, NFSHP2) for Steam !!!!
This would facilitate installation and compatibility issues ..... would be a great card of EA and Steam ..... what do you think?

EA Games are trying to strengthen Origin it seems, so I doubt that's going to happen. Wish they treated old NFS a bit more like old CnC.

i agree, as awesome as this would be. It would be on Origin not steam.   :-[

I read a bit online about it, and EA basically broke up with Valve a few years ago, and then developed their own alternative with Origin, that's why there are no more EA games on Steam anymore. (I think Ubisoft did the same thing a few years later with Uplay)

I remember around the same time that somebody suggested to NFSDrew (then the community manager for NFS fandom) to release the original NFS1 - 6 via the classic gamesite Gog.com, preferably patched so they would work on modern computers.
Back then, Drew replied that if that were ever going to happen, they would do so via Origin. Since then, there have actually been some classic EA titles on Gog: https://www.gog.com/games?devpub=electronic_arts&sort=bestselling&page=1
but none of then are NFS titles. I am wondering is licenses to car manufacturers might stand in the way of re-releasing old NFS games (remember when EA lost the Ferrari license, they wouldn't even mention them being in games such as NFS High Stakes)
