Tunnel texture for "Track 8"

I worked on my "Track 8" project again. The main road is nearly finished. But I don't like the tunnel textures I used (ceiling & sides), but I can't find good ones. Anybody has some for me ?

i don't have much ceiling texs. just use brick i do or Eas.
grey one. i guess Remko is gone this weekend no biggys.
what umm,Track slot will this use Jim?

Hey, interesting project JimD. Looking forward to see some more spoilers from outside the tunnel 
Concerning the textures im not sure what you want to achieve. In case you want to keep the textures you already using, it will be difficult to find something that blends in seamlessly with the tiles.

I would recommend you to arrange things like in this picture.


Texture the ceiling with a different architecture and seperate it from the tile-wall with lights.

If you want tiles on the ceiling too (like 2nd pic), i recommend to make new textures by starting with a seamless blank tile-sheet.

Your road texture looks fine, i would keep that

Thanks for the links, I'll try some of them. Many nice textures, I only have to choose the right ones.

Most of the outsides are in the style of the old preview.

I like this tunnel very much. Am I allowed to try this textures ?

Any progress with segmented tracks?

Not really. I stopped working at it some time ago. I converted the first track (without objects again) but it wasn't driveable. Segmented tracks have too many blocks for HS. And joined blocks make HS crash.
And it is a pain to get the textures from NFS1. Because I split the files manually.

Looks pretty nice IMO. Just... as it's not completely dark in this tunnel, there must be some sort of light source? Concrete doesn't emit that much light

That is a a true Concept Xj220 reminds me of like the Train Tunnel
i think make A Darker Section on top inside.
Sum how, round shape, like a Shadow i guess ?
