That would be awesome!  Betts tracks were damn well constructed for the most part, I think I only found one I didn't like, can't remember which one though.  City2se was slated for an upgraded Version 3 but never got it.  I'd love to see someone get permission and the files for the track and work the magic with the modding tools as they are now to bring it to NFS HS glory!  Some of the NFS HS tracks of the last year or two have been awesome!!!

I looked into the link into the archive. There was City2SE as well (you should try it). Andrew one of my contact has last resort and few more other tracks that aren't available.

I've raced City, City2 and City2se.  They are all pretty damned awesome.  Only one, City, I believe had the occasional invisible wall glitch, but it was gone from version 2 and version 2se.
