60 seconds

I noticed a new bug in this new forum. If we try to post a reply using quick reply box from the bottom of the page within 60 seconds after our previous post, it gives an error. Thats not a problem. But when we go back & repost the same after 60 seconds, it doesnt get posted. Clicking on the submit button is activity less. So fix that.

Quick reply works with java script afaik. Going back and refreshing after 60 seconds shold do the trick
