Dark Ritual

I don't want to spoil his secret.

But in the next 2 years, he has to move out for college =P (And get himself an apartment)

XJ220

By then he'll be a millionaire! ;)

Freak-DS

say, is it allowed to sell 3d-models of real cars without a license of the manufactor?

Dark Ritual

I don't think so, there are loads of cars out there that are like selling. (Honda, Dodge, Corvette etc.)

XenTek

The roof section has been completed. Weee!!! I was going to do the front windshield but I'll save that for the next update. But that'll be after Christmas, I guess, as I am going to spend my holidays away from the computer.

@ToyotaWish, selling on 3D share sites like TurboSquid
@XJ220, me? No way :D And no I haven't forgotten lowpoly modeling yet ;) I've still got something going :D
@Freak-DS, I hope DR answered your question :)

Now that sounds interesting :) And the modelling looks superb!

XenTek

Thanks, NJ. Means a lot coming from someone like you. :)

So, let's proceed with more updates! :D

The hood has been completed. Now the car's polycount is at 19,194 triangles including all four wheels. So far, this is a good example of polygon wastage. But since it's not for any game, I don't care :D

Ka-chow! :D

Haha thanks man :D

Update on the disc brakes. Rotors and pads took me quite a while to make, considering I don't work efficiently at night. But anyway, here they are. More to come soon (hopefully)

Been a while since I've dropped in here. Well, just to end the story of the Enzo...I never sold it in the end. I have no plans for it at the moment, nor am I working on it. I just finished the exterior, that's all. So, in case any one still wanted to see how the car's final shape looks like, here it is. :)

(All images are rendered in Cinema 4D Release 9.0)

I have other, lower poly projects in the works now. I've got the Spectre R42 (in case you didn't see it, look for it in the NFSHS cars) and the Toyota MR2 SW20 which will continue soon. I then plan to do a 1975 Corvette someday. :D

Looks cool. But why you modeled the Enzo? There are millions of best awesome ENzo models on this planet. I am sooo bored of seeing these models repeat again & again. Why not focus on other cars which arent not available much just like how you selected the SW20?
