The real size of that spider is less than an inch...

could try taking it with a wide aperture, so you get something like this... insect in focus and background blurred...

I forgot to answer this...My camera cannot take wide aperture pictures.
Anyway, I finally managed to take a picture of one of the Geckos from my backyard. They have always been here. I'm pretty sure that this is pretty young, cause the mother was huge (for his specie, thats a Tarentola mauritanica).

I do like you pictures TW. Are very artistic, unlike mine... :squint:
