maybe indeed. My legal copy of Doom 3 didn't install , but the one downloaded via uTorrent did (I already bought the game so... no one ca sue me :p )
All my copies of NFS are original , but common , did you actually bought all the music you have on your PC ?!
Sharing / personal use isn't piracy (selling the stuff is) , plus sending files or parts from the game is like sending the whole game , so you can be consider "pirates" as well
