Downloading Vinyls....PLEASE HELP

I am trying to download a vinyl to use in NFS MW on PC...but how do i get them into the game?

DOwnload MWTex & open vinyls.bin of any car. See the readme or the file name of the vinyl & accordingly select the vinyl from the list. Just right click & select import. Thats all.
