it won't read and use the cars that i put in the folder.  The items say that they are ready to be written to disk. but i won;t  write them to the disk and the disk won't read the files(cars)

ok i got a car from this site. and put it in the correct place. but my computer says it's ready to tranfer to disk. but it won't let me do that either. idk what to do. Help??
