Addon Requests / [NFSMW2012] 2 car requests
Mar 12, 2025, 3:18 AM
This game now even has a physics mod that gets rid of the "brake to drift" handling. If someone's interested in doing something different, given that there are still many cars without replacements, it would be nice to have:

Maserati MC20 Coupé (from CSR Racing 2 or other source) > replace Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale

2017 Ford GT (from RR3 or other source > replace Ford GT.

Quote from: Eevee on Mar 11, 2025,  1:03 PMA static archive of NFSCars has got you covered:
https://www.nfs-cars.com/need-for-speed-hot-pursuit-2/4/downloads/authors/cars/1/U/
The site above contains content released up to 2021 because it is based on an archived copy of NFSCars contents as of 2021, anything beyond that year is now lost forever as long as it's not uploaded to NFSMods or NFSAddons.

Thanks a lot! Was able to download most of UCN's cars, although some like the McLaren MP4-12C from NFSS2 gave the following error:

{
  "code": "not_found",
  "message": "File with such name does not exist.",
  "status": 404
}

Unfortunately, the majority of MKIIITwinTurbo's NFSPS conversions can't also be downloaded due to the same error above.

Hey guys,

@Mike, older users or anyone: If any users here have any car mods by "UCN Conversions" for NFSHP2 (2002), I would appreciate it a lot if they took the time to upload them here. IMO he had the best mods for the game.

Also, some other car mods from MKIIITurbo (?) with meshes from NFSC and NFSPS (Audi R8, Porsche GT3 etc.) were great.

Unfortunately all were posted in nfscars.net and the site has been dead for years, and along with it some exclusive mods for various NFS games.

Someone made a backup of the entire site in the internet archive and through the way back machine some people were able to find the name of specific files and then using the backup download them. I tried and couldn't.

Thanks!
