Description

A small update to DrSpeed's Coal Harbour track, with some textures from my Neon City track plus some modern architecture. 

Original ReadMe included.

Faster trackshape in the 1st tunnel and a new shortcut.

Modified sky.

Atmospheric night and extreme weather conditions.

New modern background and tweaked cameras.

Other than that, I tried to stay close to the Gran Master (DrSpeed) and didn't modify anything else.

Credits: -  Dr. Speed for his Coal Harbor Track

                   - nfsfan83 for 1 skyscraper texture which I liked and used (taken from his Las Vegas track).

Installation: put the Empire folder into your Data/Tracks and overwrite the existing files.

    UPD. Sept. 12, 2024: reduced fog value in daytime (modified ini. file) so visibility should be OK for now. Thanks to Jim for info :)

      Maybe. I don't generally play with fog so some values might be adjusted. Thanks.

      I have updated the file, let's wait a lil bit.
