  I dunno...it could be a 'stalker's van' as easily...with all those tinted windows in the rear, one could hide a large wide-angle lens...

  Heh, good point. Or the FBI perhaps, having just planted a microphone somewhere, then park the van around the corner, to record/listen. ;)
