Which new street racing games are better?

I'm looking to buy a new interesting car game & I don't know what to pick between Midnight Club Los Angeles or Need For Speed Undercover. What to you guys think about these games & what do you prefer more out of those 2?

Grid race driver is the best racing game I have played for PC in ages (probably since nfshp2).
About your choices, generally people don't like nfsuc, but I think it's quite similar to the previous games, probably more similar to carbon than pro street, so if you like last nfs titles you will probably enjoy this las installment. About MCLA, I'm sorry but I don't have no idea. I only know that it uses the same engine than GTAIV, it's free roam and there's damage.

Some people like Undercover or MC L.A, but thanks for giving me some ideas & I'll decide.
