im new on the site but ive been playing online on need for speed for a while and how are people getting there cars to go really really fast like they have turbo controllers or something  cause ive seen there cars going so fast it looks like they are lagging or something i know i might look retarted asking this but please help because i dont have a chance online unless i know.

1. Which NFS are you talking about?

2. Have you finished the game? Are you using a fully upgraded car?

3. Expect to get beaten pretty badly when you first play online. Some people devote their lives to playing online (eg. me ) and you won't have much chance of beating a long-time addict on the first race. But if you hang in there, you'll pick up little tips and tricks and before you know it, you're a competitor.

I've only played the pro street demo; I'm not much help for you with that game.
Maybe have a look around the web and see if you can't find some save game files.

I have only NFS5, HP2 & Most Wanted in the moment though. I added lots of cool add on cars on all 3 of them. I might get other NFS later.

I agree CARBON is the most shitest of the whole NFS series. @CrownVic316, I got Hot Pursuit 2 & I love it! Yeah I'm trying to get HS and I heard it's one of the best NFS.

If you like HP2 you'll like HS even more... it's more straightforward, a little more arcade style... but so many more tracks and options for customizing your car. And the career mode is better, too.
