Well... Yea... I've reached Blacklist #1. Using Blacklist Cars to Blacklist Cars. And that, I got $1,217,700 for Career Budget in NFSMW. :p No trainers, I swear.

Apparently, I used DVD. :p

And also, I used this configuration to make it to the top:
