Megaman series like X and Zero are made by Capcom. See these on Wikipedia:

And yeah, I play Megaman X and Zero games in PC, because playing these 2D-Megaman games on my PS2 looks difficult:p, like Mega Man X Collection for PS2 (maybe I say I don't have the game), the collection game has X1 - X6. Then I played it with the emulators I have, was PSX emulator (played with Megaman X5 and X6), a SNES emulator (played with Megaman X1, X2 and X3) and a GBA emulator (played with Mega Man Zero series, because MMZ series is in GBA.) And thats what I'm a fan of Megaman.
