A Simple Question..?

Hi i heard that Fraps Program, was the best for Making Screen shots? In games?
I dont have any Experience with Fraps.. can someone tell me how to make Screen shot when im inside my Game how do i do this well Print screen with paint wont work ok, because my Demo is buggy at times, Dirt is But it Looks so Awesome! on my Pc,well so how can i Command Fraps, to set up to a Key/button to take a pic when in the game. So hope i find out sooner? Thx

Go into Fraps and on the screenshots tab set the "Screen Capture Hotkey" to what key you want to use
