My roof was loose too when I got it. All AA did was slap a little glue on the roof to keep it on. The model is based off of a normal C6 Targa, which does indeed have a removable roof. The model retained all the clips that hold the roof on, like the normal C6. All I did was broke the glue (which was only a little anyway) that held the roof on. It looks as if it came from the factory that way now, you would never know it didn't come like that.

Ok, that's a question for people with Maisto model cars? Am I the only one that have problems with the rear view mirrors? I have 2 Maistos, an XJ220 and a Mustang Mach III, and both have the rear views mirrors glued by me.
So, if Venom800TT is the only one with a C6 Z06 Targa, maybe i'm the only one with the most aerodynamic Mustang Mach III lol

My Maisto XJ220 is missing its mirrors, that's how it came.  Never trust eBay :squint:

It would be awesome to make a Viper collection by model. I should do it...right after I pay my debts.

If you want Vipers - I'd recommend the AutoArt Viper SRT-10 Convertible of course, the Bburago GTS isn't bad, later this year AutoArt is making a SRT-10 Coupe - I'll get that one for sure.  Plus AutoArt has made a lot of racing Vipers

Oh, I used to have a Bburago GTS. Blue with white stripes. i got it as a christmas present, and I think that's what started my love affair with the Viper... Shame that I was still very young then (less than six? Can't remember...), cos the way i treated it, a wheel popped out soon after... (

Fo the SLK, a cheap Nippon Pylox spray-can? And for the chassis, how much glue did you use? My Skyline's still untouched due to the lack of glue...
