Btw, I don't  have pictures here, I'm in London I don't have camera. A great experience to be remembered.

Coll... are u married? Not many dads I know of play fast-paced games like these... In fact, my dad (roughly same age), did play UG1, and i was frequently fighting with him over who could play...
"Dad, can I pleeeeeeese play now?"
"Ok, as soon as I finish this race"
*bang/crash/wallop etc*
"Daaaaaaaaaaaad!"

"Ugh... Can u be more of a driver and less of a pinball?"
And so it goes on... :D

And that was the only racing game he ever had an interest in... he's more of a war buff... Here's a recent list of games he's played
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (RPG)
Halo: Combat Evolved
Call of Duty, Call of Duty United Offensive and Call of Duty 2
IL-2 Sturmovik (flight sim)
Falcon 4.0 (flight sim)
Jagged Alliance 2 with various mods (strategy)
Red Baron 3D (flight sim)
Dungeon Siege 2 (RPG)
Diablo 2

Now, he's hooked on the Sub sim Silent Hunter III, and just bought the next one, Silent Hunter IV

ahh, that just show us that NfS passion don't have limits. :D

@Car Freak: You are really lucky. I always wanted my father to show some interests in videogames. He only do it once with Dungeon Kepper 95, but he never play, he only watched me torturing my creatures. Well, he used to  play Free Cell too, but nowadays he hate videogames. I'm pretty  sure that  I would play with my sons, and  probably, as a grandpa, I will play with the Play Station 16 (I guess that I'm not going to be able to play with the Wii 13 lol) in the residential home for the elderly. lol

Thats the best with NFS everyone can get together and talk about the same thing we love NFS
And playing the game against someone is great too:)

LOL NFS 3 was the first descent cargame I had and well,as you know by now I'm totally stuck on NFS:)
Love NFS 3,and the game I like almost as much but my pc don't like,is NFS UG2:)
I started to play NFS more when I discovered it was the best thing for recharging myself:)
All miserable things just disapeared and I can meet the next days tough demands easier:)

I discovered some years ago how big NFS is,when I stumbled on the NFSDesign forum, gone now.
But NFSGarage is the best place to be:D

Thats really great to hear, and I totally agree with your comments on how NFS can unite so many very different people.
I'm 17, 18 in July. I started with NFS3 as well, but I was about 8 at the time lol.
My dad only really plays realistic flight simulators, he used to have a private pilots licence and a single engine beechcraft, but sold it when I was around 2.... i feel kind of responsible for him having to give that up, but I guess he decided it was time to settle down a bit, focus more on family. He still enjoys playing those flight sims from time to time.
