[NFS HP 2010 WII] Editing .bnk files

Hello everyone, im trying to mod NFS HP 2010 on the wii (on dolphin rn) but all the sound files are in .bnk file format, is there a modding tool/program which lets you edit bnk files or am i stuck?

Am trying to change siren sounds and possibly speaker sounds from the AI cops :
