Uh, CF, it isn't a Honda NSX, it is an Acura NSX.  I know there only some differences but if you look at the rear of the car in the picture, you can see the Acura badging.

isn't the only difference between the cars the badging? The Honda and Acura NSX both seem exactly the same to me, and thus i regard them as the same car...

I'm not sure but I have been told that htere are some minor differences, stuff a in a slightly different place, badging, lights, etc, but I am not certain.
