NFS4: Empire City and Sebring, plus a few other 22 year old files

Hey all, I have been going through some of my backups on my server from early 2002.  It's 2 tracks so far, it's one I made and titled it "New York Minute" and the other is Sebring - early alpha, I don't think I ever got past this alpha stage on the track...maybe I can give it a part 2, here some 22 years later?

I was hoping somebody could test the tracks and get a few screenshots?  I'm working on installing NFS here on my computer, so it could be some time...if it even works, I'll try to figure something out.

I found quite a few other files, like info on how to make the car.viv file sizes smaller, Mr WiLL's haybale road blocks and how to convert cars from NFS3/4 to SCGT.  Amazing how I was able to keep all of this stuff going from PC to PC then to an HP DL380 G3 rack server, then copied to a Dell 2600 Tower Server.

It's based on Raceway 2 because it got 110 blocks.
Welcome back Jeff!! Nice to have you here again after all these years. If you experience any problems in installing the game or editing tracks, feel free to post issues here or over at the T3ED Updates thread. I'm available to help you with some stuff. If your cosmetic changes to the tracks are done, i can do the virtual road data for you. Things like AI speed, lane selection and other very important stuff. Like polygon neighbours, etc. Merry christmas and ttul

Merry Christmas, absolutely.  Yeah - I am setting up a separate computer running Win10 32bit to play NFS4, NFSSE, NFSPU, Carmageddon, I76 and I82 - it's going to take some time as these games are from the 90's and early 2000's - hard to get things to work with current tech, but I'm on it.

I'm going to try to get T3ED installed after I get the games working...it's been way too long...

For us nfs4 maniacs it's welcoming for us to have an OG member on the boat again. There's a so called Modern Patch from VEG which kinda runs on newer systems but for me it's very unstable on my Windows 7. That's why i'm still using the EP setup which still works perfectly fine like a charm. Many people from Discord don't like it because they play on things like SteamDecks but everyone has it's own taste ^^' But even most people here do use the Modern Patch now because it came with an hardcoded highpoly patch which actually supports highpoly cars in the game so basically now you can have the 1932 Ford Roadster Traditional Roadster by P R O in the race 16 times. Here's what i mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZN3OAb8k4I
EDIT: But this patch is also available in the nfshsgame.exe thanks to TsTg

I'm setting up an XP machine just for games, only keeping it online long enough to get drivers (still trying) and then it'll never see the internet afterwards.  Having a bit of trouble getting network drivers for the machine, but as soon as it's up, I'll be back in - getting patches and everything.  I saw that there is a way to get the games to work on Win10, but there's so much you have to do, too many modifications...easier just to have one pc set for it exclusively.  I'll post an update as soon as I can.

The Expansion Pack or Stock Pack setup from JimD (i think) works like a charm. The only requirement for this to work is an installed original game
