Complaint about my plugins and captures that are never accepted or appear

It happens that I always send plugins and screenshots to the NFSADDONS admins and never see them on the platform, it tells me that my sotd or screenshot has been sent, which usually takes 12 hours to appear but never appears. Take a letter on the matter please.

Hello, about the screenshots, for some time they take a long time to post because many users upload their image, I think that the admins publish according to the order that they receive.
there was a case with an image that I uploaded (Ferrari 575 GTC) it took about 3-4 months.
About the plugins I have no idea, I am not an admin
