How to remove the fog in NFS most wanted?

Hey everyone, so I am working on a texture mod and I am wondering if I can remove that fog that appears in some areas. I am not sure if a mod exists or not but can someone help out please. I am new to modding so please be patient with me

I have also noticed that fog........but idk how to. Sorry.

Its alright man  I assumed that it could be a texture for smoke. I could test it by removing all the smoke in the game and add them back one by one, but that's very time consuming. I hope someone can help.
