if you have the file names i can look for them, too. if they were ever uploaded to jp racing or nfsunlimited i should have them. also i surely have the model t and the custom nomad

Pete, thanks for your effort and the quick reply. Cool that you managed to retrieve the F1 GTR. I have backups and folders with hundreds of nfs4 cars too, I can relate that filtering through them to find 'That One Car' can eat up a lot of your time, good thing it being an exe file helped. 

If you don't mind, uploading here would be great. If you could grab a screenshot from it (doesn't have to be fancy, a menu pic is fine) it's also no problem if you don't know al the extra info (top speed, polycount, etc.).

Exclusivity is not really a reason anymore for sharing cars here on NFSAddons, IMO. That stems from the time when most authors had their own websites and weren't too happy about traffic going to other people who would mirror their hard work in their own collections without permission. It's not really an issue when many of those author sites stopped existing 10 or more years ago.

Finding the Boss was of course difficult with no filename or other specific search tags, and there being so many mustangs out there. I wasn't aware that there were a few edits going round, thanks for that nd4spd link. And thanks for your time.

Oh hi Cooya! that would be neat, thanks. I always meant to re-upload it here, but all I could find in my backups was a loose car.viv from a very old game setup, and I prefer it when it's an original Zip with readme and proper credit, etc.

You mean different from http://www.nfsaddons.com/nfshs/cars/Nissan/473/  ?
Admittedly it doesn't have a readme file, but it could have been released without one. Back then, cars were sometimes shared via discussion boards like NFSCheats, while being 95% finished instead of 100. And they weren't always followed up later by a 100% complete 'official' release, that could be the case here.

Remko you are right about Skyline. And I think you send me the ZZ top eleminator (remember?) Other cars by Samman also come witbout readme like Chevy el camino '60.

Since CPD's mclaren is uploaded, actually without authors permission many lost cars can be reuploaded. Too bad I don't have all the readme's of my "lost" cars. There are good cars among them.

Furthermore i found this vehicle on nfsunlimited:

Despcription says its a "1957 Oldsmobile Super 88", but i guess the picture has been confused...
The file there probably was this car:

But Im specifically looking for the car in the picture with the blower (maybe a Crown/LTD) - anyone has an idea? The driver lady was typically used in cars from "Buck Murdoc" and "Driven Out". So i guess its a car from one of these authors.

ok short answer to you guys since i have to go to work:
i have all cars except the Alcohol Camaro which really p*sses me off because i actually should have it but maybe there has been a network error while downloading.. also i remembered to own many nice tracks, but somehow they are not on my drive anymore. BUT for this case i can give you all cars except the nd4spd.de ones, i have to look for them more carefully, i didn't ever make a backup of the site, but maybe the files were saved on jp racing or nfsunlimited.net. the 4 killuncle cars of the new thread i have too, and the jx22.zip is even at nfscars.net
i'm going to upload them asap if the webmasters and admins have enough time to letting my uploads pass the queue

You are right noise! It is a Delta 88 made by "Driven_Out". I also found it in my backups now.
Actually, it is still available online at nfshome, funnily under the same wrong name (wrong author and carname) as at nfsunlimited.net

small update on the Alcohol Camaro: i have it!!! but the file name isn't alcoholcamaro.zip but rather 77alcoholcamaro.zip and that's why i didn't find it.
so i'm gonna upload them here one after each other if that's ok for you.
i don't know if i should upload the xj220 by killuncle or not. since this car is on nfscars.net. maybe i'll do it when the dl's are down some day

For the Killuncle cars, BoxCarRacer initially asked for these particular versions from nfsunlimited.net

(my files are from various sources)
