XJ220

Not a fan of the color, but nevertheless very good work! :bigthumb: About the pics, search for "xj220 engine" on google.

Power^Steer|nG

@xj: changed color :)
DaBeast: thnx

heres the front light with a cover => (:OT). the cover will be convertible to invisible/visible. 5200 polies right now both halves. moreover made front grill and those two white cylinders in grill bars will be orragne. reflectors/indicators???

XJ220

Wow! It's getting better and better :bigthumb: About the headlights, take a look at Venom's XJ220 to see how they can be made work realistically in NFS ;) About those cylinders, I checked the pics I have and I don't see them. Maybe they're aftermarket. The indicators are those ovals (along with white position lights).

Murcielagos

looking very good, plus i'm amazed by the low poly count considering it's a rather round-ish car
way to go man

Power^Steer|nG

Murci: i dont understood. sorry my english is not that good. :(

heres the dash. polycount 500. the total polycount has raised upto 9000. some work on exterior + mirros and interior left. it will go upto 12000 i think.

@Power^Steer|nG: Sorry, but I think that there's something that I don't understand....Where are you going to use this car? Is for NfS II? Is a NfS2 remodeling for the same game? Is for another NfS game? Sorry again.

QuoteI also want to do nazca c2 but unfortunately theres no prints
If you want nazca C2 pictures maybe you can use the ones from NfS II :p But If you search in Google by Bmw Nazca c2, you can find something.  (I hope that this could help u in a futur project, because I love this car :bigthumb: )

XJ220

That's some serious progress you got there! Looking good. The count is a bit high but I'll make it usable for me.
I see two problems, though. The mapping of the indicator/position light is the wrong way around, orange is outside. And these two orange circles in the grille/air-intake, could you post a pic which shows them on a real car? I've never seen them before.
Everything else looks great, I'm looking forward to this with the normals done.:bigthumb:

Power^Steer|nG

heres a lil more interior. almost accurate? well, i dont get steeing textures so i think that i should make it black or grey without textures but this thing will kill the whole beauty. 9033 polies both halves. i think i should skip engine pannel modeling so it will save polies?

stinge

The interior is good but I see a couple bumps on the side doors.

XJ220

@ stinge: That's because it's shown in flat-shading mode. No normals set, every poly diplayed seperately.

@ Power^Steer|nG: Looks very good.:bigthumb: About the texture you need, why not using NFS2's dash texture?
Oh and what are you exactly talking about concerning the engine? I don't think you need to model a 3D one, but making the windows through which you look at it opaque would be horrible.
Anyway, when this is finished, could you do some renders of it? In a nice maroon color? Would be great :D

Power^Steer|nG

heres the normalized 90% completed xj220. 10600 polies right now. 600 polies on engine which is yet not perfect but its enough. steering and mirrors left. and yes, the logos. i told u that it wont increase above 12000.

@xj220: I will make them. :)
