There was an error uploading your car.But some cars vere uploaded corectly, I can't understand what wrong, I wanted upload my xrs today for Addons Awards but got this error

I have some problems with converting to NFS HS I didn't found any tutorial on the net, so i did averething step-by-step looking to axesting cars,
but some things i can't understand how to do!!!!
Theese are
1. how make car body paintable?
2. how make licence plate?
3. how make steering wheel working?
4. what is max. tex. resolution? can it be 1024*1024
PLEASE ANSWER ME, I SERIOUSLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!

1- Need For Speed High Stakes
2- Need For Speed Most Wanted
3- Need For Speed Underground
4- Need For Speed Porsche Unleashed
5- Need For Speed 2 SE

As for me best it's McLaren F1\F1 GTR\ F1 LM it was the fastest and most desired (for me) car in NFS'es where it apperared.
And the worse i think it's La Nica which epeared in NFS HP and NFS HS as for me this car is SO UGLY and it's steering not even better than appearance.
