Download link has been broken for years. If anyone saved it we would deeply appreciate it.

I'm not sure if this is only related to the savegame limit, or just the dbmodelparts parts limit, or something in the code that includes both limits.
As far as I've tested, this supposed limit of 115 cars or 130 cars, or whatever, has more to do with dbmodelparts.

You can manually edit ALL dbmodelparts of all vanilla cars and delete all unusable parts like DAMAGE_0 and DAMAGE_1. By doing this on all vanilla cars, you're almost guaranteed to be able to add at least 20 more cars, but of course, it also depends on how many parts those 20 cars have in their dbmodels.
In a copy I made and cleaned all the useless parts in all cars in dbmodelparts (including police and traffic cars too), I managed to have a total of 150 cars without any errors or bugs. I haven't tested if there was room for more cars, but 150 was as far as I tested after cleaning.
Bonus cars are also counted towards this limit, consider leaving the bonus car list with only the 15 rival cars.

Would that also fix the issue when the game crashes while going through the car selection in arcade mode (and probably also career mode)?

As far as I know, I'm still well below the theoretical car limit, but 2  very specific modloader cars I turned into addon make the game crash while trying to go do that.

The problem is... I have tried all of 'em but none works...

Let me get home to try the addon version by Raverz12345 and after that, send me a PM in a day or two to see if we can make it work for ya.

Also, have you installed all the basic Most Wanted mods? (unlimiter and all that stuff?)

My game installation currently sits at 119 playable career cars, modified traffic and police cars and world texture changes that somewhat resemble Mexico City's central & northern area. I'd say my game is somewhere between 75-80% complete based on what I have in mind as the perfect personal MW reboot, but every day I have new ideas of things I want to do or cars I want to add/remove.

Will probably make a showroom in the near future to showcase my work.

I'm still waiting for that day.

I stand corrected, the Pontiac Solstice is indeed available in NFSmods.xyz, but you need to use the waybackmachine to get it.

I'm not sure if it can be considered lost media, but I personally can't seem to find the Pontiac Solstice anywhere.
