Cool project. Car looks good!!

A wonderful year for everyone. Regarding 2026, the following cars are on my to do list.
For remakes: Maserati Ghibli, Austin Healey 3000, Ferrari 250 GTO.
For new models with dashboards: Maserati Bora, Ferrari 512 BB, Marcos GT (1900 & 3l), Lola Mk6 GT.
For unique models: Peugeot Proxima, Mercedes C111 & CW311/isdera Imperator, Marcos XP mantis, a car that would be perfect for Most Wanted: The Mega Track
 and if they're up for it, the crazy ideas of my X-Files accomplices.

Solid line-up of cars for 2026. Going to be a good year I think. Especially looking forward to the Lola.

I know we can replace the cars but it is possible to make another version of the hot pursuit mode for High Stakes? Where all the cops vehicles are the interceptors ones just like Playstation version

Hey Doni, have you checked out the GST Editor by Zalcus? Makes setting up custom hot pursuit races much easier. Might be what you're looking for

@Herms: Thanks, I would have liked to have had a lot of this earlier. But I've only just managed to get it done.
Actually, I wanted to simplify the operation of fshtools. That didn't work out so well. But for T3ED, it was worth dealing with the textures.


@pete9516: Regarding MCO: There isn't really much information available for loading the tracks.

I've already tried it myself. The header is slightly different, I can load the VRoad data, and the track block information is always the same size. But the track block data, i.e. the polygon extra objects, are a problem.

I think the MCO interactive extra objects (like the people and animals) with their respective textures are stored in a different location within the game files. They are shared between all the tracks. I can see why that would be a problem.

Another thing I noticed is that certain textures appear to be spread over multiple adjacent polygon faces -something I haven't noticed in NFS4 tracks.

Big fan of the latest update. Will definitely help speed up applying textures going forward. Thanks for all the improvements.

If Archive.Org didn't go to that BETA crap years ago you'd be able to download them from the site but about 10+ years back they rebuilt the entire site to a junky BETA that is mostly view only and no links work now, I've emailed and asked them to revert back to what was functioning but never got a response.

Took a while to load, and I saw pic's of a project he never finished, the Audi A8 (that can't be a skill issue )

Iirc there was a BMW Z4 in the NFS HS Expansion Pack 3. It may be the one you're looking for.

These are the only two tracks I couldn't find Hi-Res / HD versions for on this site without altering to much.

I don't believe these are done yet from what I've come across. Although as far as textures go, these 2 tracks are not bad in their original form and have proper night versions as well. But if you or someone else decided to make a hi-res version, there are lots of people on here and on several discord channels that can provide loads of help and tips.
