I noticed that there is a button to add additional screenshots to uploaded cars but I didn't see one for tracks. Was there a specific reason for this or can the button be added?

Can someone remaster the H.T.P.D. Crown Victoria? (NFS High Stakes)
- Fully working reverse lamps
- Fully working traffic bar
- More polygons
- A Sheriff driver (same driver, same when leaves the car)

As the title suggests,what happened to all those NFS modding websites? Like NFSGarage,NFSCARS,and some more I can't remember...They had a HUUUUGGGGEEEE collection of mods of all kinds,the cars,skins of cars,graphical mods,maps mods,handy tools,map tracks etc. Now there's not many,only a few mods for stuffs compared to the amount there used to be,plus modding websites too,currently I am seeing like,only 2 or 3...what happened in the past 5-7 years? I missed so much...about the world and stuffs...everything...damn...even the Audi R8 or the Mazda RX7 for NFSHP2 isn't available anymore...I'm sad

I think these sites are gone due to a phenomenon known as internet rot which occurs for a number of different reasons. I hate to say it but I believe the golden era of nfs modding and internet in general is behind us. Fortunately there's a few sites like this one still online. I hope more of the old stuff is uploaded to complement the great new mods coming out each week.

Also got a list of all his cars from an archived version of his site. 

All class AAA cars are now uploaded!

There are still 52 cars in a "Car Skins" folder that are needing upload, once I test/screenshot/figure out if they are that different from what is already uploaded

Other than that, his cars are all archived on the site now

Sorry to bump this thread, but I noticed I couldn't locate Kainoh's Rover 200 BRM. Was it missed perhaps?

Also, if anyone has a complete list of all his cars they would be willing to share, it would be of great help for me for archiving/organizing!

I have encountered this bug many times as well.

Fortunately, someone made a patch a while back that fixes this problem.  IIRC, the author of this patch is Fox. The link is still available here on their google drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B8y8z35Y1fY_SDNpM1JUZGkzdlE

1. Open the folder labeled "Need For Speed High Stakes" folder and download the "NFSHS Crap.7z".

2. Extract the file and open the readme for further instructions. NOTE: You will only need the files found in the folder labeled "Patch -  Difficulty Selection" and don't forget to make a backup of your originals just in case.

BTW. It is recommended to use the VEG modern patch with this patch.

EDIT: I misunderstood your post. Sorry. I thought you were trying to fix the problem where AI cops drive slow at night (especially after breaking their headlights) during a pursuit. That is what Fox's patch fixes. It does not however fix the issue with cops driving the speed limit when not engaged in pursuit.

AFAIK, I don't think there is any fix or patch that exists for the non-engaged cops driving the speed limit. I'm sure it's possible to make one, but that would most likely require reverse engineering the nfs4 executable where possibly all AI data is stored.

Google Drive won't allow downloads of this file because it says there's a virus and only the owner can download. Do you have another link or way way to receive this patch from Fox? Thanks.
