Is it possible to add traffic into career mode with this?

General NFS / Porsche Unleashed - Traffic in Evolution mode

Hi!
I need some help. I would like to play the Evolution mode in NFS Porsche Unleashed with traffic cars on the track, which is possible with the Tournament Editor (https://www.nfscars.net/need-for-speed-porsche-unleashed/3/files/view/16297/) if you edit your savedata.
The problem is that there is only 6-8 traffic cars on the track (which are the same) when you playing with full grid. When you play alone without opponents in single race there is ~32-36 traffic cars.
It is hardcoded in the .exe to decrease traffic size when you play with opponents (more opponents - less traffic).
So the help part:
Is there anyone who can find the address in the .exe that controls the traffic size and able to change it to have full traffic with maximum opponents?
With Cheat Engine it's possible to find the right address if you know how to use it (which I don't know, but I'm learning it for this problem for a few days without any solution).
And this same question applies to NFS HS (but in HS it's harder I think, because the traffic is completely turned off in career mode).
