Stable amout was 148 cars for me
The stable amout is different for every PC
I can't say whats the safe amout of cars but its definitly under 150 cars
I thnik if you will have 120-130 cars you will be okay with basically every machine

If I was to do a rebuild of my current game (110 cars), what would be a safe number of addons to have a stable copy?

I think below 100 is safe..
But I am not really sure what's the "safe" amount.
And it also depends on save games. Like my game touched 187 (iirc) and then after I installed an addon, my game gone brrrrrr

Maybe the server admin should give the role in order to access the server?

My faith in nfscars got lost when Greger itself (or it was Ti-Sonic?) told me foums were unrecoverable even as a plain text backup. There was a lot of useful (and not so useful) data from pre BlackBox games. From there (and some time before) I call here home.
And now we're being pushed away by BlackBox era games here too, it dissapoints me a bit since this were our place. But I know this is for good. At least we have the forums n.n

And the site's kinda becoming boring too. I hope someone (an admin) from NFSCars views this and make this site back on track soon with the same activeness (i.e. informing us about new exciting screenshot contests and reopening of forums and posting some NFS related news regularly etc.)

Hey everyone, so I am working on a texture mod and I am wondering if I can remove that fog that appears in some areas. I am not sure if a mod exists or not but can someone help out please. I am new to modding so please be patient with me

This is for those who have potato PCs and looking for stuff to upgrade their stats

My computer is an HP Elite 7300 Series MT
6 GB RAM (4+2) replaced 2nd slot
Intel i3 2120 CPU 3.30GHz
Windows 10 64-bit Version 1511 (can not update)
Motherboard: 2AB5 (Pegatron)
Price should not exceed 200 Riyals (I live in Saudi Arabia)

I play Driver San Francisco at 4fps all the time on 800x600 res and lowest graphics

If you have any tips to super boost the PC, give suggestions (except driver because I am on a stupid processor)

If you got some STUFF(sometime) means....find a laptop....cuz idk but PC's components will be costing more than the laptops in my POV.

Go for a GTX 1650 or a 1050 or a 1050Ti laptops(cuz in my POV they will be availble cheaper and idk how much do these cost in ur country)j

I would always go for desktop tower. 
Because you always get more value, especially when you build the system yourself. Plus you always have the option to upgrade parts later on.
In the end its always a question of budget, my dream PC would be also high-end stuff with an unreasonable price. 
With a budget of 800 bucks i would set up a machine with Ryzen 5 3600, GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER and 16 GB of RAM (so far).

For me, Laptops are less flexible overall.
