This is for those who have potato PCs and looking for stuff to upgrade their stats

My computer is an HP Elite 7300 Series MT
6 GB RAM (4+2) replaced 2nd slot
Intel i3 2120 CPU 3.30GHz
Windows 10 64-bit Version 1511 (can not update)
Motherboard: 2AB5 (Pegatron)
Price should not exceed 200 Riyals (I live in Saudi Arabia)

I play Driver San Francisco at 4fps all the time on 800x600 res and lowest graphics

If you have any tips to super boost the PC, give suggestions (except driver because I am on a stupid processor)

If you got some STUFF(sometime) means....find a laptop....cuz idk but PC's components will be costing more than the laptops in my POV.

Go for a GTX 1650 or a 1050 or a 1050Ti laptops(cuz in my POV they will be availble cheaper and idk how much do these cost in ur country)j

Now that I got more stimulas money I was thinking of suping up by getting a more powerful PC, But I wonder, I've never scored a perfect 7 before, Even over clocking them..Maybe I should hang on to the old gal.
