Title: NFS4 traction / airborne stat in carp.txt?
Post by: Hommelwomb on Jan 22, 2026, 10:46 AM
There are some cars I downloaded that seem to have much more unreasonable traction than most other cars.

So much that they hardly ever get airborne.

Is that stat somewhere in the carp.txt located?

Couldn't find it.

It's "Aerodynamic downforce multiplier". Theoretically, set it to zero for no gravity at all (which doesn't work) and ultra high values for extreme downforce. A very high value would be 0,05 or something

I know what you mean. Sometimes, there are flaws. Np, tell us if you want to know anything else or about my carp.txt documentation
