This track is Base Antarctica, this is a modified version of Aquatica, full of snow, ice cliffs and grey buildings. To install it simply put "trk006" folder that you find in the downloaded Zip file into "C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsNfs3Nfs3GamedataTracks" and replace the existing one. You are allowed to create a project using as a base my track or convert it to another version of Need for Speed but please contact me first on my e-mail "" and give me credits. Nice idea. Maybe you could add snow/fog to some areas by editing the .hrz files, wouldnt be too much effort. The lighting of the "monoliths" looks very good on the bright snow textures.
Good work. Just misses some new track routing/shaping and maybe surface-flags set to snow.
