    Nope, A newly created mod. Wasn't easy though since the :OC and :HB is one piece  but I managed to make it, Had to do some body work and flip the body the other way to get the steering wheel where it would go for the Japanese Police cars, Then I had to work on it's rear end cause it put the tail pipe in the wrong place and I had to detach bits and move them.
