A little low-res, but nice shot nonetheless.
    I can't blame your PC specs ;)
I'm going to build my own PC!
I'm hoping, 3.0GHz 4 to 8 GB RAM, 1TB, 1GB GDDR5, good enough motherboard, 1 gfx card (all I need for HS), CD/DVD x2, Floppy x1, Multi-Card reader x1, monitor, kb, mouse, etc. Problems are exact parts, price, compatibility and assembly.

Well bad news..We had a severe thunder storm and the lightening has fried my PC..Now I'm back to using my old one I'd gave my dad a few years before he died so my PC power has diminished now but my hard drives was ok..I got 1 TB and a 80GB and this PC has a 60GB in it already but I got only 27.6 GB free on it..But I think I got plenty of space I'd say ^_^ Now I got to open my new PC I had before to get the NFS HighStakes CD back out of it.

Yup..And it was the first time my PC was fired due to a storm..Usually it would just kick off and come back on but I heard a loud pop and it stayed off..I was able to save all the cars I used though, They're on my USB hard drive (1TB) and all I got left to do is install NFS HighStakes to this PC now after I open up the newer one to remove the CD from it..I'm so mad..If mother nature was human I'd choke the life outta her for this..My great 160GB PC gone T_T..Stuck using a oldie now. Thank God for these USB hard drives..They're life savers.

Well, I admit I don't know much about these accidents, but is it possible that maybe only your power supply got damaged?

Okay, I just read a bit more on the subject and I guess it's hard to say which components may be damaged and which aren't.... maybe you can take it to a shop to get it checked, I just hope your pc won't be a complete write-off.

If I get it repaired though they'll delete my data..I think I'll just buy a new one..Swap my hard drives to it..It had 2..1 in the PC and one mounted to it's CD/DVD drive which totaled 160GB space..And rebox up the new one and return it..That way I'll still have my data ^_^ This was the PC I had: Link This is what I'm back to using for the time being: Link It's not as good but I think it'll do for now and I may still be able to play NFS HighStakes and my other games and also get back to police vehicle editing.
