  Noise: Yes they are and you also can download the Plymouth Gran Fury conversion of the base from NFS Police H.Q. to use.

  Cooya: They are on NFs Police H.Q. and downloadable from there..Some are NOT too friendly though for making your own schemes..Most of the older ones are done in the old method of using pics of a real vehicle to map everything to..XJ found a much more easy to mod method for making police vehicles.

  Noise: Yes..I finally got that done..I'll post it soon on the police H.Q. I'd intended to have it be a multi national car but I couldn't get that done so I just made alot of difftrent versions. I did get a RijksPolitie dark blue one done on it too..Was hard finding pics of the dark blue cars since most was white/orange.
