My site suggestion: Do everyone a favor and ban him

I don't have an explanation for the poll options, I'm afraid.
And while 2fatsvipergts's contributions leave something to be desired, I don't think we ban people by request. At least, I don't.

Maybe it's time we set up some behaviour rules here so people can know what flies here and what doesn't. Hmmm... *thinks*
