Motherboard - 90-115$ (sata2, hdsound)
Video - (Sapphire HD2600XT DDR4 - 100$), (MSI NX8600GTS-102$), (MSI Radeon 3850 512Mb DDR3 256bit -142$), (MSI Radeon 3650 512Mb DDR3 256bit -100$)
Memory - 2x 1024 - 60$
Power Supply - 50-70$
HDD - 45$
system box - 45$
mouse - 10$
proc cooler - 20$
-----------------------------
Things above after transfer between 2 pc's will give bonus in 2.5 times powerful than my exisiting PC.
I have nice Mouse, DVD-RAM, HDD, Speakers, Monitor(x2), Keyborad(x2) already. Speakers ive planing to replace on Headset. When i look for this config for myself i was surprised of price for memory..3 years ago same memory was priced over 200$. Also R3650 priced really well.
-----------------------------
Im wondering about home LAN.
Rather than just giving prices for most of the components, you should put exactly what brands/models you plan on getting.
Cause if your $45 HD is like, 8GB... you can do a lot better ;)
The Radeon 3850 is far superior to the other graphics cards you have listed. I don't know where you are located but you should be able to get a 3850 or even a 3870 for less than $130 in the US or Canada. Processor - i would recommend the E7200, its an efficient yet fast budget processor, especially if you overclock it a little. If your running XP, don't get any more than 2GB ram; for vista, 2GB is the sweet spot now but that may change in the future. You can get 2 gigs of DDR2 RAM for cheaper than $60 nowadays. Your cost estimates seem a little low for the other items, make sure not to skimp on a brand name power supply that will keep your system stable. Corsair, antec, coolermaster, OCZ and some others are good you'll only need something like 500W. Good luck:)
Indeed, thx for advising. i really hope 7300,7200 will be better not only b/c it had "wolfdale" based chips also i heard Intel officialy cut the prices on it. till 133$. Ive read the large forum info about 3850, thats what i heard is nice. they said 3650 is a bit better than 8600. and 3850 twise better. I know its realativly but good overcklocing potential will make this Vcard higher than its needed for most games. (ati 3850). Perhaps 3870 too. / 2gb of operative memory is enough i know it, just 4 days ago when my Powersupply had off and have take 1 of the 512mb memory card (damn), other1 is stay works correctly Kingston. that what is damaged is Hynix now. So i can feel difference in 512mb even for xp. I have some freezes for a 0.5 secs. Its can be explained, my Athlon3000+ is oveclocked to 2160(ghz). Im sure i will buy Samsung or Kingston / 1gb priced less than 30$. (i want dual channel). HDD - i dont really need the raid and stuff all i want is to buy ANY of low priced HDD's, and it looks like 160gb 8mb cash is the limit (45$). (for second PC).

I might describe thats all above later, after 21-25 of august, so who is interesting - come on in.
