Hi guys i am a die core old school nfs fan and my questions is this i love and want to play nfshs but i ussualy cant play it on my video card settings. I have to use stuiped version option for nfshs. I forget what its called but iremeber u have 2 options 1 if it thinks your videocard can play sweet u get the nice grpahics. But if the game thinks not u use a horable intergrated way. No shine really and windows are blacked out. See i have a nice rig but anybody know how i can get it to know my video card and i can see the awsome graphics. Please help me i see the cars here nice look awsome quality but how do i make the game work with dx.

2 gigs ram ddr400
Nvidia 7800 gt 256 ddr3
nforce 4 sli mobo
win xp pro
I also have the same problems... Blacked out windows, weird looking starting lights...
NFS4 is strange on newer systems. I noticed as early as about 4 years ago how much of a problem the version # of your video drivers you're running can make NFS4 not work. :)
