Looks cool.

But I'm no longer fooled by Corvettes... 505 bhp on the Z06 for slower times than a 911 Turbo with 25 less horsepower and AWD...

The Z06 is 1/2 of the price of the Porsche for a higher top speed, a better 0-100MPH time, a lighter curb weight and much better looks

I'm a Porsche fan but give me the Z06 over any 997 anyday

I hear it's as impractical to drive as it is fast... :P

My view - the press overhypes the Vette a bit too much. It's a good car but not god-like. It's pretty much on par with it's competitors (apart from price but Porsche, Ferrari, etc. have taxes and brand fame) yet I hear people saying it'll demolish anything, which is not the case unless we're talking about the C6-R in GT racing.

The GT-R is said to be the best but it cheats with too much electronic crap. :)

I'd take the 997 Turbo or GTR over any 'Vette.
