Great Idea!
Is it possible to add on the side, some fading lights? (with or without colours)
And neons? Like on the NFSU2?
Im new in making these mods, so i still dont know what it's possible or not.

I would say it's a phtoshop image - why should he want to add spinning wheels in MW?
