On NFS 3 the editing tools dosen;t work because "can't run in windows NT" .
Bu I heve the windows XP!!!

To fix the problem, right click the NFS Wizard Icon, go to "Properties" and under the "Compatibility" tab, run it in Windows 98 Compatibility. (or Win95)
