For the first time in my life, i've exploded at n00bs at NFSCars, who can say they haven't. But after that i get an email from Mike343 saying to watch my mouth, so i wrote a reply saying exactly that "I'm Sorryy and all that". Today, i get home, find an PM in my NFSCars PM Box saying i'm banned, i said i was sorry, didn't do anything else and i'm Banned, the previous PM was a warning. 2 things piss me off.

1. First time EVER i've gotten really angry on the forums and i get ban warning, saying he was going to ban me but he didn't.
2.After the warning, didn't post at all, infact i was ASLEEP, get home from TAFE, banned for a month.

Mike343 is an ass in my eyes after seeing this. So screw him. NFSCars is falling apart and i hope to god it dies, i'm getting sick and tired of the crap that we get there from little nooblet smartasses that think they're so fucking big but know nothing and when you tell em off for things such as DEMNADING modelers to do this and that for you and asking such dumb-ass questions that even a 4yr old would know the answer to or doing things that only people with a level 2 IQ would do, and you get in trouble? I mean that just shows that the Admins are only looking out for the fucking dumbass n00bs doesn't it? I mean they're the ones doing stupid ass things to get what they want or to piss us off and we get punished? Where the hell is the logic in that? So this probably shows that Nfscars is going down the tubes and every peice of it's respectability is going with it. NFSCars is dieing and I for one couldn't care less anymore.

Sounds like an overreaction on Mike's part. I don't spend enough time over there to follow all the drama etc, but what I do know is that you are a valuable member of the community and you are always welcome here.

I support you 99.99%. nfscars.net suxx now.  I changed my email, I didn't receive email notification letter. So,I PMed Mike343 a number of times & he says he never received a PM form me. So I made a new profile & same problem. I borrowed my friends id & made a new post saying that I didn't receive a email notification letter even after PMing Mike343.  Also Mike343 has made that site a hell. Some links don't function & Mike 343 even doesn't notice it.

ALso there are new cars uploaded after 2-3 months. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?

i have to defend mike here, if the cars wont get uploaded sooner than 2 - 3 month, thats mainly Nuts4Ford's, Linkin's and My fault, if we're to lazy to add the uploads.

I felt totally ignored at NFSCars
I never get a reply when having trouble uploading so if the forum claims it's no activity around well,then they will be gone soon.Sad it have to be so,but if members of a community is important and so they claim treat members with respect and you will not have those problems that peoples hate the forum.
I don't hate NFSCars,but I will not visit anymore,cause I found a place where it's nice to be to post comments reading comments and if needed you'll get help from some friendly soul.
The place I found that I really like to visit is this great forum,and all people on it.

yeah ed is rarely on, its ok, thats why mike put in Linkin, he does everything in time. and if he doesnt, i might just do it...but i am rarely there.

I don't have a problem with NFSCars but they have been a bit preoccupied with something lately.  They changed servers again so I'm waiting to see how it come out.  I'm just waiting for them to get more cars for NFS3.  But I went through the same crap the first time I requested a password and whatever.  It seems they were having major problems with the system or something.  Whatever...  Time will tell...

That is hardly a overreaction on my part and besides it is only a 1 month ban. Just because you have been a member since 2003 doesn't give you any special preference when it comes to your behavior on the forums.

As for Stylizer  I did activate your account once I received your pm I never received a pm from you before that. I get about 20 pm's a day. Also if you don't like how the cars are added I am sorry I am not checking the uploads ever 2 seconds to please you and no car has sat in the queue for over a week.

I am choosing not to get in the middle of this argument.  I will make my choice about what forums to use or what NFS sites to visit on my own, and will make my decision after some deliberation on my part.

everyone knows NFSCars had some strange times since Sander left, but its not fair to come here, and have 20 people attack mike (preferibly behind his back, because up to a point, he wassnt checking this site), who's all alone here, defending his position.

and you shouldnt forget that mike343's job is alot harder than Mike Hendersons. NFSCars is WAY bigger than NFSG/NFSA, and hes almost alone keeping the heads up on the members, because the staff is somewhat inactive.

I really take position here, i know some people came here to get away from NFSCARS, i know some people just hate NFSCars because of whatever now, and i know i am from the Staff of NFSCARS - AND NFSA, and i tell you this: i will NOT let you guys attack mike here. i am seeing NFSA comming to what you hate on NFSCars, if you keep this up.

I wish someone would convert the tracks from nfs5 to nfs3.  The autobah would look so awesom in NFS3!!!!!!

^you can extract tracks from nfs5 but I don't know how you would put them into t3ed

meh, it was just a thought.  Tracks like theautobahn or corsica would make the droving in NFS3 a whole lot different but better.

some of the tracks in nfs5 are reskinned versions of nfs4 tracks (normandie is one).

NFS5 is cool, but I have NFS3 right now so I was dreaming about getting the NFS5 tracks into NFS3.  Some of the track with multiple routes would be a change from the simple one route tracks in NFS3.

easiest thing to do would be shut up about it, and if you dont like the site due to whatever reason dont go, you dont need to say mike did this or he didnt do that.  i was banned at nfscars, but i just took it like a man and waited until the ban expired, im not going to go all immature and say "fuck this, i was banned for no reason, fuck them."  if you were banned, most likely you deserved it, so suck it up bitch.

Mike343 tends to promote whoever treats him like a god to staff, while the members who are fed up with it all yell at him, and therefore, in complaining that there IS a problem, remove themselves from the possible staff list.  Mike ignores problems until they're too big to go away, then bans anybody remotely involved, even if they're trying to solve the problem.  There are reasons why I stay away from NFSCars now and go here.  Many reasons.

GM I don't know where you get your info from but I visit nfscars everyday and you can check my profile to see. I might not post everyday but I don't need to. Also I am set to invisible so other members don't see me online when I am online.

in the interest of public safety (as in: for your own good) I have locked this thread.

NFS AddOns doesn't exist as a ground for bitching about how much you hate Mike343 and NFSCars. since this thread was started, HSVdrifter (HSVrules) has apologized to Mike343 and has been unbanned. also, since this thread was started, I was invited to join NFSCars staff as a Moderator, and I accepted it, because I know full well how frustrating the inept staff issues at NFSCars have become.

but contrary to what everyone seems to think they know sooooo much about, Mike343 has been very much active on NFSCars as of late (I received some e-mails of reported posts and was unable to handle them because I was busy with other real life matters) and has been trying to handle some of the nonsensical bullshit that's been going on at the site recently.

I don't want to see people get banned at NFSCars and be made fools of themselves. therefore, there will be no more threads on NFS AddOns stating how NFSCars is a piece of shit or that it's full of assholes or I will ban you from here myself.

and Martin N / HSV: you're being watched.

sander didnt really leave nfscars, he just stepped down from being admin.

i bet you anything mike visits that site nearly every day he possibly can.  mike doesnt do alot of banning himself unless its really bad, usually its the mods.  everyone has a real life, you cant expect the staff to sit at their pc watching the nfscars site waiting for people to upload anything to update, shit, even big sites have times of delay.

i dont see how visiting the chat allows you to get away with things, alot of people pass through there, and some are even currently banned, necro for example., mike doesnt play favorites, he just respects those who respect him.

FYI, I agree with mecha's locking of this thread. I tried warning a few posts ago but the NFSCars/Mike343 bashing continued.

I'm not saying to stop all discussion about NFSCars or Mike343, but there is no need to throw insults around. If you have something bad to say, take it to PM first and/or post COSTRUCTIVE criticism. ie: "I think NFSCars needs a few more moderators, so that new cars get posted faster". NOT "fuck nfscars... they dont care about the site and never add new stuff... they suck and everyone there is a flaming homosexual".
